Our team advisors consist of current and former NHL-affiliated players with over 1,000 professional games of experience. This gives credibility when giving guidance, support and advice to players. We haven't just talked the talk, we've walked the walk.

At CHM, all clients receive immediate access to our network of over 100 coaches, general managers, skill development coaches, scouts, and more. Our network is built on personal connections and our combined 24 years of professional hockey gives us credibility when recommending any player. From there, CHM provides season-long professional guidance and mentorship. CHM helps build key habits, mindset and techniques that are required to play hockey at the professional level. We groom and teach young players how to approach the game both on and off the ice to ensure they are meeting the requirements and demands that it takes to get to the next level. We go over how to train, how to communicate, how to prepare, how to eat, how to think, how to play and other important questions related to excelling your career
